A vehicle goes live after five owners fit it.
Cheaper liners often come from the same kind of factory. The difference is what happens before we sell one: every floor is matched, cut, fitted in real owner cars and measured.
From pattern to live page
5 steps per floor fitment group
01
Match the floor
We split each model by what changes the floor: years, powertrain, cab, seats. One floor = one fitment group.
02
Pattern and sample
The factory pattern for that group is cut as a sample set and shipped to our warehouse.
03
Five owner fits
Five owners of that exact vehicle install the sample and send photos. Paid in product.
04
Measure coverage
We compare the liner to the factory carpet and publish the percentage on the product page.
05
Go live, or not
5 out of 5 with no blocking defect, or the vehicle stays off the site.

What the vehicle status means

■ REQUESTED
Owners asked for it. We check the factory has a pattern.
■ IN TEST

■ LIVE

Why it costs more than $60.
A test round costs five sample sets, shipping, owner time and our measurement work, for every floor fitment group. If a vehicle fails, the pattern goes back to the factory and the page stays offline.
